Join us at Bar Sotto for Roma Norte, a mezcal-forward evening in partnership with Ilegal Mezcal. In anticipation of Mexican Independence Day (September 16), we’re celebrating early with cocktails, bites, music, and more.

Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary mezcal cocktail, then take part in an interactive mezcal cocktail creation class led by expert mixologist Jon Torres. Choose from two time slots — 6PM or 7PM — where you’ll build your own cocktail in the lounge and finish it at the bar.

Throughout the night, enjoy passed bites, a curated playlist, and insights into the story and spirit of Ilegal Mezcal from Jon himself.
