Sotto teams up with Ilegal Mezcal for a one-night-only experience celebrating smoke, spice, and unapologetically bold flavor. This five-course Italian-Mexican fusion menu is designed to challenge the ordinary—each dish expertly paired with Ilegal’s distinct mezcal expressions.

Start with Caldo de Albondigas featuring veal, wagyu, epazote, and arborio. Move into a vibrant Tlacoyo with maza azul, cannellini beans, and nopal. Dive into Espagueti Verde y Pollo a la Parmigiana layered with poblano, basil, and tomatillo sugo. End the night with a Tiramisu Tamal—lady finger tamal, whipped mascarpone, cocoa, and espresso.
