Puff, Pour & Pass the Plate: A Marz Brewing Pairing Dinner
Join us at Bar Sotto & Sotto for Puff, Pour & Pass the Plate, a one-night-only pairing dinner with Marz Brewing. Inspired by 4/20 and rooted in comfort-food nostalgia, this chef-driven experience features elevated twists on classic munchies paired with creative cocktails crafted with Marz’s CBD and THC-infused beverages.
The menu leans indulgent and unexpected — from Hot Cheetos–crusted arancini to a playful pizza with prosciutto, guanciale, caramelized banana, and hot honey. A riff on the iconic walking taco gets the Sotto treatment with short rib ragù and pecorino, while dessert delivers chocolate sponge cake, peanut butter dulce de leche, candied bacon, and fluff.

Bar Sotto is celebrating Margarita Week from February 17 through February 21 with a limited-time menu featuring tacos and margaritas made with Espolon, available individually or as a curated margarita flight.
Located beneath Sotto in the Chicago Loop, Bar Sotto’s Margarita Week invites guests to explore a range of margarita styles side by side or enjoy a single classic pour paired with tacos designed for easy sharing. For those looking to try it all, guests who purchase the margarita and taco flight will be entered for a chance to win prizes throughout the week.
